Objective:
The Director of Sales and Brand Growth manages, implements, and executes effective strategies to grow sales. This position actively seeks opportunities to build the brand through strategic partnerships and initiatives. This position is successful through creating an emotional connection, increasing revenue to the business, and maintaining a positive community influence.

Deliverables
Sales Growth
- Sales: Create/manage an annual overall sales goal with the corresponding strategies and expected outcomes
- Check Average: Create/manage goals to increase higher check averages and returning “raving fans”
- Catering: Set/manage goals to increase revenue through new and returning catering customer as well as growing offsite sales opportunities
- Transaction Count: Set/monitor goals to increase transaction count.
- Spotlight: Create/manage an effective strategy using this internal tool to drive traffic around specific opportunities and overall sales growth
Brand Growth and Recognition
- Ensure all media and communication is current, free from error and that all assets are approved through the Visual Identity Standard Guidelines to increase brand recognition
- Ensure the brand is protected by adhering to all brand guardrails, as defined by Chick-fil-A Corporate
- Invest in strategic and synergistic partnerships to further impact in the community
Social Media
- Develop and maintain social media calendar, campaigns, and digital marketing to grow sales and funnel traffic to the business
- Monitor social media platforms and be responsible for customer interaction and engagement by responding to comments and questions
- Maintain current and relevant website for the business
Team Communication
- Ensure all marketing campaigns, new menu items, rollouts and events are communicated effectively and in a timely manner to the team
- Attend weekly Executive Team Meetings and be prepared to share updates in regard to sales, goals, and strategic plans
Qualifications and Pre-Requisites:
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience in the field
- Open availability (including weekends and nights)
- Event planning experience
- Proficient social media skills and experience developing social media strategies
Position Details:
- Full time, 30-hour/week position (opportunity for more operational hours)
- $28-$30/hour
